Tasting

  • Description : 2023 was a year that was particularly difficult for all Quebec farmers. Frost, floods, drought. On the night of May 17th to 18th 2023, we lost 90% of our harvest all at once. We made this special 2023 vintage from a blend of the rare apples that we were able to harvest. We hope you will enjoy!

  • Type of apples : Blend of our traditional apples from the rare flowers that survived the spring frost.

  • Special features : Wild yeasts and natural bubbles. Traditional techniques, unfiltered and no added sulfites.
