Gabriel

Gabriel grew up on the family farm. After studies in international relations that would have led to world travels as a diplomat he spent some time in Finland, where he realized that working the soil, and the outdoor life, were things he couldn’t live without.

Coming back to the family land was the obvious thing to do; taking up the family agricultural model, less so. Growing apples, certainly, but not stopping at that. Bringing out the potential of these fruits through unadorned and authentic ciders ‒ that was the ideal project in his eyes. After several years of testing, Gabriel officially began his cider production in 2018.

Alexa

Alexa embraced the farm and cider-making lifestyle from the outset. Although she works fulltime as a microbiologist, she helps out at the cider works when she has a chance and participates in all stages of production.

Alexa is also the one who takes care of social media, production records and maintaining the cellar book.

collaborations

We’re privileged to live in a region rich in dynamic local initiatives. Our neighbours have so much to offer in terms of quality that we couldn’t let the opportunity go by of creating products in collaboration with these remarkable enterprises.

We really want to make the companies in this part of the world better known, whether they work in our sector or in something else, and to be part of a world where everyone looks out for and encourages everyone else.
